IB data isn't exactly free. They do charge for data and my understanding is that it is snapshot real time data similar to TOS/TD data. Please correct me if I'm wrong but I pay for data from IB
it is free if you trade with IB. www.webull.com have a free datafeed that works with www.medvedtrader.com
