Does anyone have an up-to-date list of Chinese RTOs (Reverse Take Over), ar at least any US Stock exchange listed Chinese ADRs (American Depository Receipts)?

Yes, these would be stocks like RINO, CCME...
  2. Not sure how many of these are still active but they're ADR issues in the last 12 months.

Thank you, ogarbitrage. I have merged this list with a larger and older list I had. If you don't mind telling me, what sources do you use to get up to date listings such as this?

BTW I hope you understand the distinction between ADR's, IPO's, and RTO's

Most of the IB list are RTO's.

RINO, CAGC and CCME are RTO's

    DGW is an ADR

    BIDU and YUKU were IPO's
  6. They were IPOs and they are ADRs.

Yeah, I don't get that. How does an IPO become an ADR?

I was under the impression that ADR's implied that a stocks primary listing was on a non US exchange.

As far as I can tell, BIDU and YOKU only have US listings.
  8. Actually, you're right. BIDU and YOKU are both single-listed DRs.
