I'm about to start the process of acquiring a liquor license in New York City -- I know it will be a very difficult task if not impossible for the few reasons. 1) I currently do not own a place to actually sell liquor will this be a road block? 2) The reason I'm apply for this license is the ability to start selling my own liquror at my venues that I rent for my own parties I'm in the party promotion business. 3) I wan't to also be able to rent out this license to others is this possible? Also if anyone can provide feedback on the overall process would be much appreciated. Thanks.
