Let me guess… you’re trying to create a a tax gain in an IRA and a tax loss in a taxable account? That’s fraud, Bro.

If he reports it right it’s not fraud but he will be subject to wash sales and constructive sales and lose his tax shield. IOW He’ll arbitrage himself. As an estate planning professional he knows all this,

In b4: it’s not that and you guys don’t know anything.

You know what, new world man I am tired of these fuckers who "wish to avoid paying taxes".

These fucking people who have the option to pay taxes by making money, in trying to fool the system to make it by not paying taxes?

Fuck the WHOLE LOT of them. I would rather earn my money honestly and pay my due on the taxes and be happy that I made a profit.

    So I have a choice...

Make a million bux and pay the taxes diligently and honestly and enjoy my profits of 60% gross or whatever it turns out to be.

    Or...

Come up with some scrappy way to option myself into some bloviated position that is so complicated I need a tax attorney to consult, just so I can avoid legal action against me because I tried to save a few bux on "tax liability".

All you insidious assholes out there who are trying to skirt taxation, through these funny options taxation loopholes and other methods what have you...

Stop trying to skirt the law. Just make your money the old-fashioned legal way, pay your fucking taxes, and live your life guilt-free.

Thank you. This has been a PSA from the Common-Sense Network™ I have just created and copywritten on this website.

If that's how you feel... why not pay extra taxes?

I responded to you seriously and you didn’t have the courtesy to reply back.

instead you call me a “kid.”

outside the US there are many ways to manage wealth that don’t involve trading liquid options with no investment thesis.
