Below the youtube video there is a button that says "share". After clicking that a "embed" button appears, click that and copy the code that appears. Then paste the code onto the page where you want it.
When on Youtube, rightclick on the video and copy the "Copy embed html" line into your blog. It should start and end with "< object" and "/object >"
