    Which is better?

and what do you pay for each software?
  3. both are terrible - STI is single-threaded and has no control over data input (meaning they can feed you any garbage they want)

litespeed is just another system-heavy app that has poor risk & ipsec.

    Keep your retail broker.

don't have a choice, it's either one or the other.
  5. hitnrun

lesser of two evils. go with lightspeed
  6. both are pretty bad. you can't get another option? who is your broker?

Greenmore Financial, just got taken over by Lightspeed.
  8. can you switch to nobletrading? they're also owned by lightspeed and offer das trader (under the name nobletrader). better routing options than sterling and lightspeed, and it's co-located

No I can't. Just curious, what's so bad about Lightspeed? I've traded through Sterling for the last 3 years, I know what's wrong with it. Lightspeed, no clue.

    Thanks again
  10. well, it doesn't have multiple routes, only has basic charting and it doesn't live up to it's name in terms of order execution lol
