It's 100% official. I spoke to both sides of the fence. Lightspeed will keep Anvil alive for 6 months while they incorporate all of the best Anvil features into Lightspeed. At the end of the day Lightspeed will be untouchable. I've been trading for 10 years and this is probably the best news yet. Lightspeed has good support so the entire experience should be a good one. I heard all the rumors during this ordeal and Lightspeed makes the most sense to take over Anvil. I called Lightspeed and they put me in touch with someone who put me with a group that will have Anvil for the 6 months. (Couldn't switch right to Lightspeed yet until they add the code for the filters that Anvil has). Good Job Lightspeed!
