Dulcolax gives me the best results without a case of the sleepy feeling, along with exercise and Lots of water.
I always say, once you have reached 50, you can die pretty much of anything. Sadly: "John Singleton suffered a massive stroke less than two weeks ago, and he died Monday after being removed from life support, his publicist said. He was 51. African-Americans have the highest prevalence of high blood pressure, a primary risk factor for stroke and heart disease, according to the American Heart Association."
This really belongs to the Life after 100 thread, but very inspirational. Mr. Overton passed away last year at 112. Whiskey-drinking, cigar-smoking super centenarian who still drove a stick shift car:
Odd Augen, a strongman who hasn't aged poorly. He was 66 y o in this video, he owns or co owns the gym where Martins Licis trains, and we can still regularly see him lift heavy stuff in Martins videos.
Way beyond 50 indeed but great vid. Good to know for some there's still a long and active road after 50. Had me call my granddad, but his mobile hasn't been working lately, he's still around but 95 didn't go down well.
