I am and I am not.

I am just curious regarding its antivirus efficacy because there are many believers, including our President Trump.

I believe ivermectin has potentials in cancer treatment. There is a new clinical trial using it against breast cancer and I donated to research of ivermectin against lung cancer.

    Happy New Year sir.

  4. My response was a play on words. Ivermectin? Horsing?

I don't so much care about Believers. Notably Trump. Besides, I'm fortunate not to have cancer, and was only dealing with COVID, for which existing trial data does not support its use.

And a Happy New Year to you, too.

Well I think I'm over the Covid, started on Metformin today as the last time I had long covid for years and didn't know, not a continual viral infection, just pancreas problems and other systemic inflammation.

So the nitroglycerine nasal spray gets my thumbs up. Just don't drop the bottle. I can still smell things. Sharing a bathroom with heavy corn eating Colombians at my wife's half-sister's... Yep nose works.

I'm feeling grumpy, serotonin feels low but not excessive.

  7. Just consider yourself fortunate that it's not beans, eggs and garlic. The bioavailability of that combo would knock you off your feet.

It really doesn't matter, builders here don't bother with bathroom windows ventilation/exhaust very often. Saves on fancy pants architect fees. I'm glad I was a freediver and can hold my breath though sometimes my eyes sting.

I had a few days at a hotel anyway isolating from the rest of them. It had a nice bathtub. Just wearing an n99 powered mask now.

Well I got my blood test results back and it's puzzling, clomiphene citrate has certainly improved my total testosterone taking half the normal dose but my free is a little lower than expected, as if body fat was absorbing it, however I'm very fit so maybe its a side effect of my recent covid infection? I don't see how yet. Haemogram results are down the middle. Possibly the nitroglycerine nasal spray? Need to research.

    Using ChatGPT to play consultant.

Your current levels (testosterone: 1004 ng/dL, estradiol: 51.2 pg/mL, LH: 13.2 IU/L) suggest clomiphene is working as intended. Estradiol is slightly elevated but not alarmingly so unless you have symptoms.

A free testosterone level of 14.94 ng/dL is within the normal range for men, but whether it's considered optimal depends on the reference range used by the lab. Typical free testosterone ranges for men are:

    Normal range: 5–25 ng/dL

Anyway, nothing too weird. Clomiphene Citrate works.
