I should say that I have access to friendly doctors to sanity check with. The only negative so far is that Clomiphene taken around the same time as some of the others will inside a hour cause a bout of black liquid to come out one end, not Guinness. However a six hour separation and it's fine.
Its actually not that much hundred to 150 a month. Two with the vitamins and melatonin. I am really fit but even with that, my tail was dropping. I do a lot in my day, more than most younger people, physical and mental work so nodding off at 9pm was not convenient. ADHD (a bit) means I have a lot of spinning plates.
"A 59-year-old grandmother has broken a pushup world record, just eight months after she broke the world record for longest plank time by a woman as recognized by the Guinness World Records. DonnaJean Wilde, who lives in Alberta, Canada, earned her second world record by successfully doing 1,575 pushups in 60 minutes." "During the hour, Wilde's shoulder even dislocated but popped back in." https://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Wellness/grandma-12-sets-new-world-record-1575-pushups/story?id=116088335#:~:text=A 59-year-old grandmother,1,575 pushups in 60 minutes. "Wilde's first world record was an abdominal plank held for 4 hours, 30 minutes and 11 seconds, an accomplishment she told Guinness World Records she achieved in part by doing 500 pushups a day."
Impressive numbers. But I’d like to see a few reps in motion. Please let me know if you come across such a video. In the meantime her elbows are too flared in the photo. Even so, as I noted, impressive numbers.
In the ABC link there is a video too. Also Guinness demanded that her elbow bends 90 degrees or so. but anyhow:
The elbows should ideally not be flared beyond 45 degrees. Also, she doesn’t go deep. Imagine if it were a bench press. It would pass for a partial rep. But, yeah, she’s in good shape. Just fixated on numbers rather than form.
I haven t checked for years since I started self administered TRT and did try clomiphene, but it had an inferior reputation to Testosterone injections. One of the advantages lf Clomid from memory is you don t shut off your test production. Quite nasty on Estrogen though, you ll see what the blood test says. I have E2 and prolactine issue even on moderate dose of test, so the change might not do magic Have you read about the erectile issues some people encounter while using Finasteride long term, to some it is terrible, even ED drugs from memory were of little help. I used Finasteride a few years but stopped years ago as well, afraid of the erection issue. Have not read any recent research on it though, but you you should have alook
Thanks for the post, I'm using half the normal Finestracide and so far, hair has thickened back up a little and I think even colour return, I'm blonde so likely the perceived color disappeared as the hair thinned. I'll get the T and Estrogen tested soon but so far it's subtle but I just feel I have improved form and focus, early to mid 40s again. Strange thing is cell floaters which I had developed many in my eyes, are gone. I can only imagine the T increase has reduced ocular inflammation. Much easier to read a book now.
skin will get more wrinkled. good cells cannot reproduce. bad cells keep on multiplying. some will suffer from ED, organ failure ...
