Mike Tyson 58 vs. Jake Paul 27 in Texas on Netflix tonight. Most bets are on Iron Mike: https://www.espn.com/sports-betting...public-backing-mike-tyson-return-vs-jake-paul
Here are the highlights. Mike also has sciatica and when it flairs up he needs to use a wheelchair. I am the same age and I also have sciatica. Maybe I should take up boxing. Mike got 20 mil, Paul made 40 mil because he also owns the promotion company. Not bad for a Friday night's work. The average opinion of the fight: "I think Jake realized he would gain nothing from knocking him out and let up. Tyson tried, but had sand bags for legs and then got tired by round 2." In case you wanted to see Mike's ass:
Just because you are almost 80, that doesn't mean you can not balance on a giant seesaw with your buddies: My bad, maybe it was on their bucket list...
This morning I noticed that my pill consumption was as its most ever. I eat well, varied so just take basic Centrum as a multivitamin. No particular reason but just to get opinions on whether this is just modern times, better living through pharmaceuticals or I'm developing hyoocondria Top down, 1. Metformin helped me get over long Covid that had kicked my pancras' function a bit and I was getting some systemic inflammation from slight pre-diabetes. I went off it for two months and put on weight so I'm back to it. (One every two days). 2. Rythmonorm/Propafenone I have been on a few years as a precautionary against a heart stent moving again. I have four, in my adventurous younger days I took a few blasts from explosions which caused internal scarring and twenty years later, blockages to my heart. (just one, 50mg a day, a low dose) 3. Vigía/Modafinil. I have some aspects of ADHD, particularly since I developed tinnitus from bario-trauma, a few years ago, not from the aforementioned blasts. I find that the lower 100mg dose is way too much so I squeeze out 20mg of the gel cap into a low dose Fluxotine capsule. This for the last couple of months has had subtle but meaningful improvements in my wakefullness. I'm no longer nodding off at 9pm, I feel more 30-40 in my energy. 4. Finestracide, simply as my hair follicles were getting thin and could be streached like plastic, a sign of male pattern advancing. Hair lady at a film studio recommend a half dose and it works. I understand that others are on 5mg doses and I can't imagine that's good for the prostate, unless you have an enlarged one so a half a 1mg a day seems sufficient at 52. 5. Zimaquin / Clomiphene is a @poopy suggestion, it is an alternative to TRT for men who's testicles are still viable but producing less. It is also uses to puff anabolic steroid shrunken nuts back up. A fertility drug for women and men as well. It has the potential to near double T levels with little side effects. In another month in it ill get a blood test but yesteday I went for a long run, 30km and I have no knee soreness. I think the anti-inflammation bounce, higher T levels give, is already working after a week. (currently 25mg a day). Combined with the Metaformin, I feel much.. Well younger really and even my wife commented I don't sound like an old Jewish man getting up anymore. Melatonin, I take most nights to sleep, 2.5mg, even a low dose of Modafinil causes insomnia and this helps a lot with tossing and turning. I take this around 9pm aiming to sleep at 12-1am. The pink/white pill is low dose Fluxotine, an SSRI to compliment the Dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake reducing effects of Modafinil. Just a hunch from experience that I would not enjoy it if there was an assymetric change in these levels. Oh and the thingy at the top is a ring pulse-oxymeter which I use to manage obstructive apnea. It records all night. I can't handle CPAP but careful sleeping position and nasal strips is sufficient. My dentist is going to get a 3d xray of my neck and have an mouth appliance made, worked for her mom.
Jesus. Careful with the Metformin as it's catabolic. You can probably reduce to 500mg. I know you're a big dude, but limiting sugars (VLDL) is the protection for occlusions re: stents. And ofc Met helps. I need to move back to Colombia. All that stuff is OTC (clomes, -dafinil)?
OTC Its brilliant here. Yeah I don't take the metformin everyday anymore. I do average about 500mg. Just the giant tab slow release like hard candy so I'm not sure if splitting this is a good idea. Should it be layered. In Colombia if its an ordinary drug with exceptions for opiates / benzos recently (used to drug sex tourists) recently and proper specialist drugs like my wife needs for her immune condition, its self-experiment heaven.
TR/depot. Yeah, don't cut it. Turkey is also great for OTC gear. I like armodafinil but it's a longer HL in my experience.
