He doesn't look 40. But he sure doesn't look like he's 82. Impressive physique, but I wonder if he dabbles in TRT. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it would be nice to know one way or the other. I wish the narrator brought it up. For example, he narrated this video as well and made no mention of any drugs: But there is no way this guy is natural. Again, full disclosure would have been nice.
I don't think he is 82 actually. He is German and there should be shitload of articles and pictures about him if he was 82. Here is a video from 1992, so 30 years ago, and he had to be 50, if we accept the 82 claim. I think he was maybe 40 or less: One thing we can conclude, that he has been body building for the last 3+ decades. He still looks excellent for a 72, but I am more than sure he is on something. His skin is just way too smooth. And the dude in the above video looks like 65, not 40. (well, there is a body age and a face age) So the conclusion is that the video maker is overstating everything.
Here is Robby Robinson, he is really 78: Supplements he takes: 1. Glutamine 2. Creatine 3. Amino acids 4. B vitamin complex 5. Flaxseed oil 6. Udo's oil 7. Yerba mate fiber
It looks to me that most of these old guy videos show them when they're younger than the age attributed to them in their videos. Also, there is no mention of PEDs in their regimen, which is an obvious "oversight."
♫ Now everybody, have you heard, if you're in the game, then the stroke's the word / Don't take no rhythm, don't take no style, gotta thirst for killin' ♫ Here are new guidelines for preventing stroke, the nation’s 4th biggest killer https://apnews.com/article/stroke-r...pic-mounjaro-5fee3375b627377b6a39565ce2a647c5 The majority of strokes could be prevented, according to new guidelines aimed at helping people and their doctors do just that. Stroke was the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S. in 2023, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and more than half a million Americans have a stroke every year. But up to 80% of strokes may be preventable with better nutrition, exercise and identification of risk factors. The first new guidelines on stroke prevention in 10 years from the American Stroke Association, a division of the American Heart Association, include recommendations for people and doctors that reflect a better understanding of who gets strokes and why, along with new drugs that can help reduce risk. The good news is that the best way to reduce your risk for stroke is also the best way to reduce your risk for a whole host of health problems — eat a healthy diet, move your body and don’t smoke. The bad news is that it’s not always so easy to sustain. (More at above url)
It's interesting how some are still chasing the one offs regarding physical apperances. Just like in the old days when perusing the bodybuilding mags, these are very rare individuals and what they do or don't do really doesn't apply to the masses.
Excellent book so far. Im 60 pages in. anyone who is serious about their health should read this book.
That was the book that got me interested in the Wim Hof stuff. And so, that led me to read both What Doesn't Kill Us, by Scott Carney, and then Hof's book, The Wim Hof Method (which was a bit wonky compared to the first two).
That is not true. You can look very good without abusing steroids or following a very strict diet. Just keep all the bad things in moderation and be active. Some good genes also help.
