Man, I am not sure if I mentioned it in this thread, but I think I have mentioned it before...You would look great with a bald head. Just shave it all off. The one thing about that idea is that if it doesn't work out, it will grow back in a few months! Just try it man! What is the harm! ARG!
This is Troy Casey, 55 who wrote a book called Ripped at 50. Beside the madness and drinking your own urine, he looks good: More info on him: https://metro.co.uk/2021/12/21/55-y...d-body-down-to-drinking-his-own-wee-15803075/
I am not 50 yet but completely ditching all my powerlifting stuff and converting to knees over toes guy type stuff. I thought his name was so stupid but the guy is really amazing. I am about to go do my first workout with walking backwards with a sled. I have done tons of sled work but never really much backwards. New goal is to be able to do a split for my entire 50s and beyond. [/QUOTE]
Toshisuke Kanazawa, 86 "Kanazawa won the Japan Championships previously at the ages of 24 and 27 before briefly retiring from bodybuilding at 34. He returned to the stage around the time he turned 50 and now regularly brings his taut, sinewy physique to Japan Masters shows for athletes 40 and older. The Mainichi writes that Kanazawa earned a total of 15 championships during his career, which began at 20. Of those wins, 13 came at Masters competitions."
The Rock has just turned 50 this year: https://www.menshealth.com.au/the-rock-on-getting-into-shape-at-50/ His net worth is around 800MM...
Talk about making it big. The guy was even homeless a one point. At this age, though, I think he should be more circumspect about his use of PEDs. An interesting tidbit. His dad, Rocky Johnson, was a Canadian pro wrestler. I used to watch that stuff as a little kid, and Rocky always played a good guy in the ring - the guy you would root for.
