50 vs. 60 Quoting from the thread: "Better than I ever have. I started TRT last year that has helped me with energy and motivation. My mind is clear and sharp." "My total T was over 500 so for 59 it was good but my free testosterone levels were low. Plus I was feeling tired. My doctor is more concerned about symptoms and not concerned about laboratory levels. So he said if I wanted to do TRT that I could, and that he would judge things by my symptoms. And once I started I immediately started feeling much better overall. You can see that I was able to gain good muscle and a good physique without TRT. The TRT has not helped me gain a dramatic amount of muscle, but it has made me feel 100% better."
%% ME 2; except i walk + lift metal like 3-10 pound guns + ammo. Average max weigh about 50 pounds, seldom more than 60, like a bag of seed. Have you researched the food+ habits that favor arthritis??[2] And the foods a that DO NOT favor having arthritis?? MY mom used to have it, strangely when she was in 20's; but later not @ all thru her 90's. I know a good risk reward when i see it/ not a prediction
Judging by the photos, it doesn't look like he gained any muscle between 50 and 60. He's a bit less lean at 60, though. Still looks to be in good shape.
Aside from the goofy beard, it looks like to me the primary difference is that he just has more bodyfat. Look at the love handle difference on the right side. The other major thing I see is that his face wrinkles have deepened quite a bit, especially on his forehead.
I´ve been on test and GH for abt 4 years now, found recently pictures from 8 to 10 years ago, and my face now looks way older, dunno whether it´s related. Face is also more messed up, nose seems to have grown even bigger possibly cause of GH, was broke recently and ears turned into cauliflower thanks to grappling. All good, almost
