Great hair, to be sure. But his pistols are not full range (perhaps attributable to his prior injury?), and he is making a mistake using a bosu ball. Those things are worthless and don't allow you to focus on true intensity.
So if you haven't made it up to the stars by 50, don't give up! You still have 4 more decades to try. Captain Kirk is also in pretty decent shape for his 9 decades: He booked the trip on Priceline....
He is a fitness guru/youtuber/lifestyle mentor, just passed 50 (or close enough) this year. His YT channel is Above Average: Mark Lewis "10 years ago I was out of shape, approaching 40 and feeling terrible. Then I stumbled on how easy it was to get "better than most" at anything I put my mind to. From Parkruns to Zwift to Ultra Marathons to Ironmans. This is a simple summary of the approach I take when trying something new and wanting to measure myself against others. I have no need to be the best, but above average is a pretty cool alternative."
I started lifting and running again in my 50s. Felt great until the shoulder arthritis started. Now I'm 60 and a slug again, with sore shoulders.
How about the running part? Also you could just use free weight, more reps with much less weight.. As long as you are still active, you don't have to build muscles. Maintenance and stamina at this age is more important.
I'd love to see her with the exact outfit on between the pictures. That would tell the true story. With that said, I definitely think she looks way hotter with the shorter hair.
