Yes, I realize it's small steps until we (I) get there. Impressive that you can do it for so long now. I will give it another try since I recognize the benefits that meditation can impart. I'm wondering if the headgear has something to do with it?
From my vantage point, I'm partial to the lady in red. Regardless, Baron has put together quite a collection.
I've done that, too, occasionally. Just curious, how often do you feel the need for a layoff with the kind of frequency and volume you've been doing? About every month? Every few months?
Oh, yeah, we don't share that kind of info with the non-initiates. Wait until you're in your 60s; there's more!
Just so you know, they are all fun but the one in black and the one in red will definitely give you an abnormally high level of entertainment. Great choices!
This was about a month ago. It started off well enough, but I'm back to doing a whole body routine twice a week. Over the last several years I guess I had just gotten used to working the whole body in each workout. And, as I recently found, I like the feeing afterwards having worked the whole body. I just don't have the same post-workout feeling when I did the split routine. And so, back to basics: after some HIIT cardio, 2 sets to true concentric failure for each of upper legs, back, chest, and shoulders. With a set of calf raises thrown in for good measure. Simple.
