  2. Seems a lot of politico types are jumping ship.

    Could be because of Obama.

Could be because the next Wiki is supposed to show tax dodgers with Swiss bank accounts.

Will have to wait and see.

  3. I always thought Lieberman was ok, more or less a centrist and could appeal to both sides of the isle in a variety of issues.

Unlike many in the Senate, I always felt that Joe was doing what he thought was best for the country even though I disagree with him on many issues. Joe is one of the "good guys".

  5. Pretty much my sentiments on joe too .

He didn't seem too caught up in the demagoguery.

  6. Spare me. Lieberman was a charter member of the far left club. He ran on the ticket with Al Gore. He fell out with the left when allegiance to Israel became un-PC. He was defeated in a democrat primary and thereafter enjoyed some brief popularity with republican neo-cons like his buddy McCain.

He is not as odious as some on the left, but he is no friend of conservatives and he is anything but centrist.

  7. i pull this one out just on rare occasions when it is warranted ...

    LOL

(isle ... I think we've all gone soft, harden up men, harden up)
