Licensing Required to trade Futures

    I am interested in learning what license is required to trade futures (ES, NQ, SP), off the floor, using a firms capital?

    If you are trading for a fund for a buyside shop, no license is required as for stocks. If you are for a sellside shop, you would need a series 3.
