1. No, not you at all! None of the resident trolls have appeared in this thread.

I probably gave the wrong impression with my mention of 'hot teen hookers'. I meant girls at least 17 or 18. Anything younger would be disgusting, and an unacceptable victimization- even to Libertarians.

my apologies. I didn't think this through. It would be consistent with, even exemplify, Libertarian views. Certainly, prostituion is a libertarian rallying point. Not to imply I or libertarians advocate it, but if you believe a teenager is capable of making such a decision voluntarily, then it could be considered a victimless crime.

a fews years ago a local 19 year old was charged with a sex crime for nailing his 16 year old girlfriend. Last I read, he was forced to register as a sex offender whenever he moved.

4. How about.................
Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia:
OUR NATIONS CAPITAL
1) Pot is decriminilised - Have up to an ounce in your possession and grow up to 5 plants and the absolute worst that can happen (if a policeman is having a really bad day) is you get a $100 ticket (civil offence, just like getting a parking ticket) - similar system to Holland.
2) Legal brothels and independant hookers - and were talking 18 year girls ARE available - http://www.northsidestudios.com.au/
3) 10% income tax on trading income. Thats right - you legally set up an "Offshore Banking Unit" in some tax haven and you pay a withholding tax of only 10% on trading income that is not bought back to Australia.
4) Possibly the worlds finest cradle to grave infrastructre, lowest crime rates anywhere in the free world, the nations youngest and best educated multicultural population who speak english and the beach is only a couple of hours drive away.
5) Decent casino - http://www.casinocanberra.com.au/ , Clubs with poker machines all over the place.
6) World class university - Australian National University if you want to lecture part time when trading gets boring.
7) Any decent home that you decide to buy and your living next door to Senators, Ministers and Top Ranking officials. US$600-700 k gets you something real nice.

Ok, so it's not located on some tropical beach - thats a 2 or 3 hour flight away!

How can Switzerland qualify? You can go to jail for questioning the Holocaust or insulting religion.

Did you forget what you were like at 16? I would have been quite happy to be "victimised" at that age by an attractive adult woman.

Hmm, that doesn't sound too bad! Is this Australia-wide, or are some of the regs only applicable to Canberra?

10. I think the prostitution/porn/drugs thing is the most relaxed australia wide, though south australia used to have a 3 plant personal limit or something to that effect.
They still take your plants, but it was decriminalised for a while.

I recall their was an international church symposium or something their, and canberra brothels did like a years biz in a couple of weeks.

Only a couple of hours from south coast beaches, and if $600k us doesnt get a luxurious 4-6 bedroom with pool /billiard room/landscaped everything 4 car garage place, your not looking in the right spot.

The weird thing about the place, is its quiet, and clean-almost spooky . You wont find too many really run down areas, their's no industry or pollution to speak of.

It also has some of the cleanest drinking water in the world, fun fact, and the roads are fantastic.
