Does it serve a purpose, even for scalping purposes? Does it help at all. Maybe I don't know how to read it but it seems fairly useless. I rarely even see big blocks on it. Maybe I haven't watched them long enough?
Without them I would be a jobless bum. "If you can read the level II properly it's a license to steal."
