In a conversation with a friend of mine the other day, he recalled a dinner conversation with another mutual friend of ours, David. Daveâs a life long democrat, as it was no surprise when during the dinner conversation, topic economics and social programs, his youngest 10 year old daughter spoke up saying that she couldnât wait to be old enough to get a job. âWhy do you say that Kristan?â âCause then I can give money to help people tooâ My friend responded, âYou donât have to wait, come over to my house tomorrow and you can help me paint my house. Iâll pay you to help, and then when we are done, we can go down to the 7-11 and you can give it to some of the people who hang out down there. Kristan thought to herself for a moment, why donât you go get those people to help you paint, and then you can just pay them. My friend added, much to the displeasure Dave, âKristan welcome to the Republican Party.
