Lets talk RAD (Rite Aid)

  1. Finalization of the acquisition (Brooks and Eckerds) coming up before the end of the month. What possible impact will this have on Rite Aids stock price ?

There's been talk that this will increase costs and leverage. What do u all predict in the coming month, 6 months, and a year.

Currently its pretty cheap, at $5.86, but it seems every week that good news comes out, bad news follows right after. I want to believe that the largest drug store chain in the Eastern US (after acquisition) should be valued higher, but their damn costs will be so high now that I'm not sure.

    Thoughts anyone ?

  2. anyone ?

  3. Well, I went long on this at 5.84 b/c of this acuqisition. Looks like its resuming its downtrend. Hopefully the acquisition will bump this stock up.

  4. They have a pretty high debt load.

  5. Could be bottomed out with the current candlestick right now. Hopefully with the acquisition news, this thing is gonna shoot up.

  6. Usually, when the word "hope" or "hopefully" enters your mind, it's time to dump it.

  7. Shhhh, I'm in denial right now. lol

  8. WTF? Dead cat bounce buy?
