    What you call noise are minor reactions. Most stockcharts would have minor reactions. As long as the trend is intact, it does not matter in the greater scheme of things. The major trend will re-assert itself at some point.

    Look at GE chart from 2010 to 2020. Not an exact match but one can tell all the stages. In stock charting, it's just a rough science.
