Trump’s interaction with the foreign leader included a “promise” that was regarded as so troubling that it prompted an official in the U.S. intelligence community to file a formal whistleblower complaint with the inspector general for the intelligence community, said the officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly. Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson determined that the complaint was credible and troubling enough to be considered a matter of “urgent concern,” a legal threshold that requires notification of congressional oversight committees. After fielding the complaint on Aug. 12, Atkinson submitted it to Maguire two weeks later. By law, Maguire is required to transmit such complaints to Congress within seven days. But in this case, he refrained from doing so after turning for legal guidance to officials at the Justice Department.
Omg... who cares. Its like this everyday. When are they gonna give up and realize nothing sticks to the Teflon Don. Every week its something different.... "This is gonna be the one that finally brings him down"... and its all for not. Its laughable. Trump is the greatest thing to ever hit cable news. If he does lose in 2020, I guess they'll be able to keep the various indictment stories alive for a bit, but after that... how will they fill the nightly time-slots? If I was running NBC or CNN.... I'd be praying my ass off he gets re-elected. After all, viewership numbers are everything, and they are in the business to make money. I think.
The problem is, the guy's so utterly corrupt, the country is tired of it and is asking "who cares?" Now it looks the DOJ/Barr made the call:

The walls are closing in now! This is like a win-win. If this falls flat on its face because of no evidence and yet another made up bullshit charge, the weeping and gnashing of teeth will be hilarious. If it is a real deal this time and you guys can get rid of Trump, then Pence takes over just in time to wipe the floor with any contender you can put forward for the election. It's a close one, but I think I'd be rooting for the latter!
