So when is your upcoming sensitivity training class scheduled for?

 

I hope that if I am taking time off for that, that it is during hunting season.

I guess fishing season could be okay too. I am a flexible kind of guy.

I don't think dressing up as an Indian or a Cowboy is the same as putting on blackface.

 

So is a black person putting on whiteface the same as a white person putting on blackface?

 

Research the purpose of blackface before asking that. To quote you...this issue was discussed so many times, you should go search it out.

 

So if the purpose was to dress up as your favorite reggae entertainer at a Halloween party then should you be fired?
