When the press razzes Biden about the fact that Obama did not endorse him, Biden is now saying today that he "asked Obama not to endorse."

Okay, I guess. But how do we know (if it is true and I have no way of knowing) that he asked Obama not to endorse anyone because he might go ahead and endorse Skankala Harris?
