Anyone out there doing any lending with these guys? I'd be interested in hearing your stories and strategies if you have the time.
Local banks are, at least where I live in west Texas. Strategies, don't try to borrow too much and have a good balance sheet and good income to debt ratio. And of course a good credit history.
