Same thing happened to Bear, the market forced them to report early. They kept saying everything was fine, several firms said they were still doing business with Bear, The SEC chairman even said Bear has adequate capital, now think about that. The SEC is to protect the public from these goons and they are telling lies in favor of them. The writing is on the wall!
and yet again, two days in a row i wimped out at the close. Had I held, i'd be up double my portfolio. thems the breaks!
I not sure if it's too simplistic, but it seems like it could be "no asset sale done yet" = "sell it now while you can".
long....it had a huge buy imbalance on friday....I bought 1500 shares like at 3:59:50PM and threw it MOC and the spec printed almost 2 points above....that was fun
