Doesn't a stock have to trade below $1 for 30 days before it's delisted?

  5. Question for you guys. I don't own any LEH, but for those who did, let's pretend there WAS a buyout and the buyer agreed to pay $20 a share. This is purely a hypothetical. Does that mean anyone who bought shares - regardless of price - gets $20 a share?

I remember reading the stock needs to be below $1 for six months. or if it falls below minimum market cap. bondholders have an interest buying the stock to control BK, it would be unfair if the stock gets delisted right away

  8. Do we have any hope people who are holding LEH Share
What will happen to george soro who is holding million of $ of shares

I would think in the case of Soros (sp) he would have purchased puts and or other means to hedge.

He can call his broker up and have the stock certificates sent to his house. Then he can cut them up into 4 inch squares and put `em by the toilet to save on butt wipe. :D
