Ummm, better look at the screen volume versus the pit volume. That would be akin to saying that you need to walk into the S&P pit over at the Merc to meet the successful stock index futures traders. What the OP is likely looking for is a prop firm or arcade that is "energy oriented" as it were. Perhaps he/she can explain.
