Legal structure for Canadian day trader with 1 million income a year?

  1. Which one is more willing to accept small business like this? PwC?

    Do your strict due diligence. These guys do not tell whom you are dealing with, so be careful. If their prices are nearly equal to any fomal and reputed set up then I would go with the brand name only.

    Found these guys on internet search only. Lots of real faces and human contacts. They also give prices of services etc.

    Best would be to go to Cayman and check things out yourself or get a referal from someone trusted who has already done a set up there and is currently active.

    They will do nothing for less than $1,000.
    They filled in a form for me for the IRS because I am non US citizen (FATCA, not WBen 8). Paid $1,000.
    They asked a fiscal ruling for me. Cost was $5,000.
    We asked 1 time to send 1 employee to help us. Cost: $20,000 a month.

    I hope you make a lot of money as you will need it.
