Actually, he's doing pretty well on trade, N Korea, and terrorism in general. He'll need another 4 years to wrap things up. The country will be far better off economically 20 years from now for what he's doing today.

Usually those who want to see a society fail are external to that country, such as Russia versus United States. Did he do the right things with that money, not in my opinion but that is beside the point. Obama had at least some excuse, Trump has none. Not that it would have mattered, Obama would have spent plenty anyway. It's all short term thinking in Washington, Trump at least had the balls to come out and say 'I won't be in office then' which is what all of them actually think.
