It's easy for attorneys to rape and pillage. They speak the same language as the politicians who are mostly attorneys. They just jury-rig the system so they can screw over people. Democrats seem to be at the forefront of that. They call it "Change Within the System". If I wanted to branch out from trading futs to real estate I think I'd buy up tax liens. I'm trying to transition from a borrower [loser] to a lender [winner], trading is sort of a middle ground between those... Tax lien buyers are lenders. I would have the option of returning the frigging property to somebody that just couldn't keep up with things due to dementia but if the person has dementia, will they even miss a house? There was an old guy with dementia living in the hotel here that couldn't find his room, they found him digging a hole in the middle of the night because he thought that was the way into his room... Lose his house? If his family wasn't taking care of him then f$%k 'em all, they lose the house.
