There are several, for example: http://www.wien2k.at/reg_user/benchmark/ I don't know if I believe it, but you can prove anything if you use a particular compiler with certain optimizations. Also note that they don't say which Opteron it is, and what under what OS. Sure the Itanium will beat most of these, especially since it is running in 64-bit on a 64-bit OS.
