Just leased a Prius (Package 6 Touring model). Admittedly about ugliest car on the road but it's growing on me.

Lease it for 3 yrs. first and last and taxes down ($1100) lease payment is $391. But I'm really stunned at the 54.8 mpg after 300 miles. The wifey loves it. So I'm happy.

I'm still driving the X5 though...

 

If I bought a Prius, my daughter would be ecstatic. It is her dream car. She will torch me if I come home with a gas guzzler. For sure I would have to plant ten trees. God forbid I even walk on grass.
