I have looked through Ebay and you can buy the Ebook of the book mentioned by Wareagle for $6.00,a useful bit of info for anyone thinking about buying it.

Thanks for the heads-up on that.

However, considering it has almost 1000 pages you may want to spend the $35 at Amazon to get the hardcopy. I use it now more as a reference guide, so I am usually looking things up rather than reading each chapter in order. That is a royal pain to do in a pdf file. Plus, the book comes with a cd full of great example code that I have made use of.

Go here:
