Where can I further extend my knowledge in buying IPOs? please recommend books or sites. (please no beginner recommendations on books or sites, such as what is an IPO, how to trade them ect...) thanks!

As you may notice from my posts, I focus on IPOs. So please feel free to email me directly with any questions as this is a passion.

There is very little quality information on the web on IPOs. One site that has been helpful to me is IPO Home. They list some financial information on companies before they price.

Also, they sell a book on the site called: IPOs for EVERYONE.

  3. Cramers book 'Confessions of a Street Addict" goes into detail on his IPO of TSCM. It was interesting in the fact he was working in the industry at the time and surprisingly how little he knew and how he was bs'ed.

  4. Also, google "SSRN IPO" for academic perspective. Obviously you can gather up data on previous IPO's, shares, pricing, underwriters, etc, but imo they end up selling the sizzle not the steak.
