I am not shitting you when I say my property has gone up almost 20% since March. The housing market is mind boggling right now. I have a friend I went to high school with that just sold for 250% of what he paid less than 5 years ago. So, no, I’m not surprised that in a market like Delaware you can get 10x over 20 years. You know what they say, buy real estate they’re not making that stuff anymore.
Then why does Realtor.com estimate the house is worth 1.5 when it was bought in 1996 for 1.2? Something, a lot of things, stink with this deal and Biden in general.

Realtor gives a rough idea for the most part. Forget Zillow estimates, they are all over the board. You can be neighbors, similar age, gigger house and bigger property available for....you guessed it 1.5M.
