This thread is for ET members shopping their LCD, both screenshots of notebook and stand-alone flat panels are included. We can see the real thing at stores but we want to see the actually layout of LCDs with charting and trading program as traders. ET members are welcome to require the screenshot of ***specific resoluation***. I place my request first: 1280 pixels screen fills with any charting program showing around 270 candlesticks, thanks.
Unfortunately this isn't going to be of much use. A screenshot of a 17" CRT at 1280x1024 will look exactly the same as that of a 19" LCD at 1280x1024. Only the resolution and colour depth matters in a screenshot, not the monitor size or type.
Got your point and agree with you. So we only have to require specific screen resoluation. My approach isn't perfect, but I can resize the pictures to about the size that I will see in the real thing. Just to have a rough idea.
