We're not, and I never said we were... there's a difference between collapsing and adjusting. I'm simply encouraging a more level headed thought process. But, if you choose to keep using the cheap tactics that politicians have relied on for years, you'll find yourself in bad situations over and over. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I know, you said the opposite. That's the discussion. But if we were collapsing, what would some evidence of that look like, you think?
Regular bad news we see on any day of the week... but x100000. It's a matter of degree. The biggest issue I see these days is an over abundance of everything. And, that's a problem individuals need to solve for themselves. Government would be cutting off its nose to spite its face trying to solve that problem.
Rome took some 400 years to collapse, but during that time there was still innovation and great works of art. It's been said, "Rome was not built in a day, but neither did it collapse in a day."
