So this has already been discussed here: The problem with you is that you fail to look at the totality of circumstance. Yes, the Trump Administration followed the model established to put multiple vaccines into development as I explained in February and so many times thereafter. Where they failed is in the delivery and scaling.
He did not fail on the scaling or the delivery. His plans provided for scaling up and options for more vaccines with companies and Biden exercises them as needed per the original Trump plan. In regard to delivery, Trump went through the start-up head-aches that every country has gone through and most have done worse. Joe came in after the vaccine was developed and after the initial start up problems were sorted out. This is how it goes in the business and government program world, eh? Start-ups and those responsible do the heavy lifting. Biden and Obama are the same clowns who brought you the total, total Obamacare shiite-show launch and website fiasco, yet you like to think that those geniuses would not have had any of the start problems that Trump had to deal with. The delivery level that is occurring under Biden is not that lofty a goal or that heavy a lift. Biden is just playing Santa Claus handing out Trump vaccines. As I have said many times, this country does in excess of 3 million flu shots a day in normal flu season so the covid level is not anything spectacular. Bringing vaccines to market 4-8 years earlier than the norm- that is spectacular. "Thank you President Trump" is what you meant to say What's Joe doing today? Oh, I see. He is doing a great job of "distributing" Trump vaccine to Mexico and Canada.
This is wrong. Trump was hesitant to use the DPA for scaling and didn’t want to take any responsibility for vaccine administration other than delivery to states. Biden has used the DPA to increase scale and expanded delivery at the state level through pharmacy program. These were day 1 initiatives from Biden. We have nearly tripled production and delivery under Biden. I know you think these things were just going to happen like magic but we are months ahead of where we would be with Trump. However, Biden is heading for some difficulties relatively soon. Notice how governors are not complaining about supply anymore because they are nearly at administering as many doses as they can in many states. There will be an issue of vaccine supply exceeding administration capacity relatively soon. Also, with the scale up management of appointments is going to be a major endeavor. The reason why I keep pointing out the highest totals of vaccine administered in a day (currently 4 million) is because it is a good indicator of what we are capable of doing by mid-April, which is when we should really be rolling in earnest. Now I’m sure if that scale goes well you’ll be saying thank Trump etc and of poorly, you’ll be blaming Biden because that’s how you are. But in this case as in the recent scale up it is on Biden. We shall see.

Including all my links showing pharmacy ceo's partnering with and announcing partnerships as part of the Trump original plan. And yes, when it comes to distribution a key component is having vaccine to distribute - DUH! and the governors are finding the vaccine supply as a result of Trump's efforts while he was in office and implementation of the Trump plan after to be of maximum benefit to them. Except all the pharmacy CEOs (except for CVS) never heard a word from the Trump administration when they asked for a plan of when they were getting doses to distribute and what they needed to do. CVS only got information about doses that they were going to administer at nursing homes by doing visits. The entire Trump distribution "plan" was basically non-existent and a complete clusterf@ck.

As explained to you over and over again, talk is cheap. It’s actually getting the scale and distribution that’s the hard part. Trump also planned on a google website that would schedule you with a test but that didn’t happen either, now did it? Biden is getting this stuff done. It’s a big difference than just empty talk from Trump.
