Tell me the difference between 0C and -70 C. And don't tell me the delta is 70. Why does -10C not work, but -70C work? Would -150C be too much? Tha fack, man.
Googled it for you. You're welcome. "One critical component could be how to store and transport the Pfizer vaccine, which must be kept very cold because it contains fragile genetic material." https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea...us-vaccines-need-to-be-stored-at-15711275.php Again, you are/were willing to perpetuate another unfounded conspiracy theory ... because you're not a biochemist, and didn't/don't understand why this vaccine has to stored at a really cold temperature? Again, what would they gain by lying about the temperature? Your refrigerator should be a certain temperature. Would one degree either way make a difference? doubtful. Would one degree make a difference with the vaccine ... doubtful. Would ten degrees? I'd say so. FYI: Usually, the precision of a measurement reveals the allowable slop. -70C implies a range of about -75--65. Whereas -72C implies about -72.5--71.5. Whereas -70.0C implies about -70.05--69.95 Would it stop working at -60C, doubtful ... it'll likely just degrade at a much faster rate, as in the food etc. examples I gave.
I'm not a biochemist, and I am not going to try to get around that website's paywall. But I find it very suspicious that the company that claims their vaccine has to be stored that cold because of "fragile genetic material" also happens to be the same company that can provide the cold-storage capacity that the country needs. Find me the actual scientific data about how the "fragile genetic material" starts breaking down at, say, -50C, or -5C, rather than -70C. Hmm!!! Don't smoke the BS, userque.
Maybe that's why they provide cold storage. Pop quiz: Why does Public Storage sell moving boxes? Why do grocery stores sell shopping bags? According to your "logic," Public Storage rents storage units so that they can sell boxes. And, Grocery stores sell groceries so that they can sell shopping bags. Again, I googled this for you. You're welcome again. Next time I have to google something for you, I'll send you a bill. "And, as the vaccine is based on RNA, the genetic material of SARS-CoV-2, it is fragile and must be maintained at ultralow temperatures." https://thehill.com/opinion/healthc...ncement-early-victories-in-a-race-not-yet-won
I think that there are challenges involved in the cold storage of the vaccine but they are not insurmountable in America anyway. Third world countries have more challenges. There is a lot of political pressure to come out and let the air out of Trump's tires today and to make sure that everything that he has ever done or touched in regard to the virus is total fuck up and and good news should be saved and reframed as Joe Biden accomplishments. Whatever. Keep in mind that the naysayers all pointed out repeatedly that no vaccine had ever been developed in less than 4 years. So now we are dealing with the problems that go with it being available- possibly- less than a year. Much less. We will deal with it. Back to this cold storage thing. Lots of the articles are framing the cold temperatures that need to be achieved as something that is herculean space age task. -70 celsius is what seems to be the target number to be achieved is. This is just a fancy way of saying it must be stored with dry ice (or other refrigeration equivalency). Dry ice is: -78 celsius. And yes it creates new distribution challenges but, as I said this is well within the range of challenges that we can be overcome. Some of the third world countries might be better off choosing one of the other ten to 15 vaccines coming or one of the Russian or Chinese ones already out there that do not require the extreme cold storage. The binary minds hear that Pfizer vaccine is getting read to go and then immediately jump to figuring out how to make a cold storage distribution for the whole world based on the requirements of that vaccine. That is not how it will work. Several countries are already distributing vaccines. If those work out okay for them, they may not ever give a shiite about the pfizer vaccine or the moderna vaccine or the...or the.
Omaha steaks is just one company that seems to know how to do it. You pack dry-ice into a styrofoam cooler. Ship your product. Done.
Uh huh. Sure. RNA breaks down and stops working above -70C degrees. How are we, as carbon-based life forms, alive then, since we have all of that in every cell? We all must be Smokey.
Wow, you're really goofy smart! You actually think you cracked the case, and exposed yet another conspiracy. Now, please, go back to spamming sharing your stupid excellent videos ... and stop bothering educating me with this clown shit startling revelation. It's too retarded awesome for me to deal with. Thanks.
There, I fixed it for you. Something wrong with your true feelings or something, with all the strike-throughs. So tell me...How does RNA break down at, say -40C as opposed to -7C? Or -200C as opposed to -70C? Just answer the fooking question!
