Considering the fully vaccinated population greatly increased starting in mid-summer as well as the number of infections --- the raw numbers are meaningless. So you found one pay-to-play non-peer reviewed paper --- yet there are a large number of studies (which I have posted) and government statistics showing there effectively no natural immunity against Omicron -- reinfections are common and easily can happen within a few weeks. In fact the longest period for "natural immunity" has been reduced to 28 days on "vaccine passports" from 90 days due to Omicron in most countries which allow recovery from infection to count as immunity in a passport (rather than vaccination). Shortly this will be stopped as well and only vaccination will count towards being considered "immune" for "passports"-- because this is what the science shows. While having a previous Covid infection may protect against severe illness for a period of up to 16 months (which is what the paper and others is attempting to state effectively) -- there is minimal evidence that prior natural infection stops re-infection (so called "natural immunity"). To be fair the current vaccines are also not very effective in stopping infection with Omicron (at a mere 12% effectiveness with BA.5)-- but this will change with the introduction Omicron specific boosters in the fall. Bottom line still is that the unvaccinated are nine more times likely to die with Omicron BA.5.
