    Hesitancy... Anti Vaxxers?
How about prudence... waiting for the results to be published.

Seriously... the fake news shit that GWB posts.
The world understands these vaccines are being rushed.

So far nobody has shown the stats of how safe their vaccines are because they have not completed their studies.

And GwB and his covid fear mongering press is trying to blame anti vaxers?

How about prudent intelligent people wanting to be told the vaccines are safe?

GWB is truly a covid moron.

Anybody who can read would know I was referring to studies of the vaccines being offered to the public....

by the way... your team is skeptical about rushed vaccines right now too.
Its only prudent and intelligent to be skeptical until the data on the vaccine (s) is published.

That's not actually what the governors said. They stated that they would trust any COVID vaccine which had completed proper Phase 3 safety and efficacy trials as per the standard process in the U.S. -- and where no short cuts were taken due to political interference.

Fortunately all the companies that have created vaccines which are currently in Phase 3 trials in the U.S. have publicly vowed to complete the Phase 3 trials correctly and will not rush vaccine to market before their proper completion.

U.S. signs up pharmacy chains as COVID-19 vaccination centres: WSJ
    https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-coronavirus-usa-vaccines-idUSKBN27G04R

Several U.S. retail pharmacy chains have agreed to serve as COVID-19 vaccination sites under a federal government plan, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday.

A plan by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed companies who have agreed to participate include Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc, CVS Health Corp, Walmart Inc, Kroger Co and Costco Wholesale Corp, the report here said.

The government would provide the vaccines to the pharmacies free of charge, the Wall Street Journal report said, to help expand and accelerate the public’s access to vaccines as supplies increase.

The pharmacies would be involved in the second phase of the planned vaccine rollout in the United States, the report said, with the first phase targeted at healthcare workers and others at high risk of infection.

The companies involved in the plan and the CDC did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

  8. Rick Santorum-linked plasma company operating out of a condo in line for $65 million for COVID research:

Internal government records obtained by The Associated Press (AP) revealed that Plasma Technologies LLC received seed money to test a possible COVID-19-fighting blood plasma technology and is in line for an additional $65 million by the Trump administration. Former GOP Sen. Rick Santorum, who has a financial stake in the obscure company, lobbied senior U.S. government officials for funding.

The South Carolina company operates out of the founder’s luxury condo, according to the AP’s discovery, and the $65 million follow-up funding will be granted once a commercial location is operational. Founder Eugene Zurlo is a pharmaceutical industry executive and top Republican donor. Zurlo brought Rick Santorum, who spent 12 years as a GOP senator from Pennsylvania, aboard as a part-owner three years ago.

Santorum pushed his sales pitch for Plasma Technologies in early April before receiving a $750,000 grant from the federal government in August.

India-made COVID-19 vaccine likely by February: Gov’t scientist
Bharat Biotech, a private company, is developing COVAXIN alongside the government-run Indian Council of Medical Research.
    https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2020...-19-vaccine-likely-by-february-govt-scientist

An Indian government-backed COVID-19 vaccine could be launched as early as February – months earlier than expected – as last-stage trials begin this month and studies have so far shown it is safe and effective, a senior government scientist has told the Reuters news agency.

Bharat Biotech, a private company that is developing COVAXIN alongside the government-run Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), had earlier hoped to launch it only in the second quarter of next year.

“The vaccine has shown good efficacy,” senior ICMR scientist Rajni Kant, who is also a member of its COVID-19 task force, said at the research body’s New Delhi headquarters on Thursday.

“It is expected that by the beginning of next year, February or March, something would be available.”

Bharat Biotech could not immediately be reached for comment, Reuters said.

A launch in February would make COVAXIN the first India-made vaccine to be rolled out.

India’s number of coronavirus infections rose by 50,201 on Thursday, increasing the total number of infections nationwide to 8.36 million – the second-highest number worldwide after the United States. Deaths rose by 704, with the total now at 124,315.

The daily rise in infections and deaths has slowed since a peak in mid-September.

Kant, who is the head of ICMR’s research management, policy, planning and coordination cell, said it was up to the health ministry to decide if COVAXIN shots can be given to people even before the third-stage trials are over.

“It has shown safety and efficacy in the phase 1 and 2 trials and in the animal studies – so it is safe but you can’t be 100% sure unless the phase 3 trials are over,” Kant said.

“There may be some risk, if you are ready to take the risk, you can take the vaccine. If necessary, the government can think of giving the vaccine in an emergency situation.”

Indian Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said in September the government was considering granting an emergency authorisation for a COVID-19 vaccine, particularly for the elderly and people in high-risk workplaces.

Several leading vaccine candidates are already in final-stage testing. An experimental vaccine developed by the United Kingdom’s AstraZeneca is among the most advanced ones, and the UK expects to roll it out in late December or early 2021.

AstraZeneca has signed several supply and manufacturing deals with companies and governments around the world, including with the Serum Institute of India.

Other vaccines undergoing tests are being developed by Moderna Inc, Pfizer Inc with partner BioNTech SE, and Johnson & Johnson.

Contrary to every lie GWB has told us about T cell immunity...
I include it here because T Cells may be important for vaccines.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/health-54781496

They have also discovered that a kind of immune cell, called a T-cell, attacks the cells infected with the virus. This is known as the cellular immune response and could also be key.

This study, which has not yet been peer-reviewed or published in a journal, suggests T-cells could play the more important role.

The research was carried out by the UK Coronavirus Immunology Consortium, involving the University of Birmingham, the NIHR Manchester clinical research facility and Public Health England.

Early results show that T-cell responses may outlast the initial antibody response, which could have a significant impact on Covid vaccine development and immunity research," said Dr Shamez Ladhani, study author and consultant epidemiologist at Public Health England.

Prof Paul Moss, from the University of Birmingham, said the study was the first in the world "to show robust cellular immunity remains at six months after infection".

This was based on samples taken from 23 male and 77 female healthcare workers who had been infected with coronavirus in March or April, and had either mild to moderate symptoms or were asymptomatic. None of them were ill enough to be admitted to hospital with Covid-19.
