News on the J&J booster shot...

Vaccine breakthrough as booster shot increases Covid antibody defence by NINE times
A BOOSTER shot of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine greatly bolsters the body's antibody defence against COVID-19, the company has announced.
    https://www.express.co.uk/news/scie...nson-and-johnson-antibody-defence-covid19-scn

Johnson and Johnson have announced the preliminary data following a study of 17 people. The results offer new hope for the efficacy of booster shots in fighting the coronavirus pandemic. The vaccine breakthrough follows more and more countries opening up their vaccine hoards for booster shots.

According to Johnson and Johnson, a second dose of the J&J Janssen vaccine offers a ninefold increase in binding antibody levels.

The results were achieved after a second jab was administered six months after the first.

Binding antibodies neutralise the Covid threat by marking the coronavirus as a target for the immune system.

The increase in antibodies was much higher compared to a second shot just 28 days after the first dose.

Johnson and Johnson made the announcement following two, early-stage trials.

Unlike the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, the J&J jab is a single-dose vaccine.

However, Johnson and Johnson has not released any data on whether a second dose of its vaccine increased the amount of so-called neutralising antibodies.

Neutralising antibodies protect the system by preventing the coronavirus from entering cells.

According to Dan Barouch, a Harvard vaccine researcher, the data is still being analysed.

Dr Barouch played a role in designing the J&J vaccine but was not involved in the booster study.

The news comes after Israeli researchers found a third shot of the Pfizer vaccine can increase protection against the Delta variant of COVID-19 up to four times.

Israel and the US are among a handful of countries that have begun the rollout of booster shots.

The UK has also announced the imminent start of a booster shot programme.

The need for more protection is all the more pressing as the Delta variant of Covid threatens new spikes of infections.

The Delta variant is more contagious and easier to transmit.

Johnson and Johnson's studies released on Wednesday have shown an increase in binding antibodies in patients aged 18 to 55.

This response was recorded in patients over the age of 65 who were given a lower booster dose.

That looks like absolute complete bullshit, pulled out of your ass.

Please show us a study where a legit scientists state only antibody immunity prevents you from spreading Covid.

    2. Last I read... there was still no proof that asymptomatic people spread. I could see that changing for delta... but you are going to have to prove it.

You still have never shown contract tracing of asymptomatic spread in statistically significant numbers.

    3. You are so fucking stupid about T cell immunity... Did you not just post a link to an article stating there may be long term immunity after vaccines.

  3. To put things in perspective if anyone wants to to take their f*cking boosters for the rest of your life! only creating hysteria, borderline criminal

People need to look at stats and make rational decisions

    This is the final word...

There is T Cell immunity you liar and there may be cross reactivity for other corona viruses.

Its not just antibody immunity you liar.

Thus, SARS-CoV-2 N-specific T cells are part of the T cell repertoire of individuals with a history of SARS-CoV infection and these T cells are able to robustly expand after encountering N peptides of SARS-CoV-2. These findings demonstrate that virus-specific T cells induced by infection with betacoronaviruses are long-lasting, supporting the notion that patients with COVID-19 will develop long-term T cell immunity. Our findings also raise the possibility that long-lasting T cells generated after infection with related viruses may be able to protect against, or modify the pathology caused by, infection with SARS-CoV-2.

Fatalities went down due to monoclonal antibodies and use of dexmethasone. These things were not widely available when mortality was high and they may not be as available after enough people are vaccinated and there is not widespread contagion. Just so you understand, if you’re not vaccinated like next year or so you may not have access to monoclonal antibodies early enough to stave off severe disease.

FYI: monoclonal antibodies are allowed for treatment under an emergency use authorization. We do not have anywhere near as much data on them as we do on the vaccines.

  6. i kind of think FDA approved Pfizer vaccine, because they know its the peak in delta spread, the timing of it.
Like in December 2002 when CME went public, you knew it was a bottom of bear market from dot com bubble. There is no way exchange would decide to go IPO in continues bear market

If evil Bill Gates is behind all of this i wonder if we are in windows 95 stage yet or is it the next "upgrade".He said it himself 20 times return on vaccines for his investments.

I prefer to compare Covid Vaccinated Deaths versus Covid Without Vaccination Deaths. It's a very simple visual comparison.

    The charts don't lie
...except for those posting charts for the intentional purpose to misinform.

I've posted somewhere here an updated August 2021 chart but can not find it. Instead, I'll repost above here the other chart I posted up to the first week of July 2021.

    Covid-Vaccination-Without-Vaccination-Deaths-United-States.png

Some states have their own individual state comparison of Covid Vaccination Deaths versus Covid Without Vaccination Deaths but I'm not going to waste my time posting each and every state.

Yet, be aware its visually similar to the above total United States Covid Deaths except the southern states have a greater difference between the their numbers to indicate there's growing huge problem in the south.

Another way to view the Covid Death differences...the Delta Variant is kicking people's ass in the South.

The most interesting aspect via charts like the above that's not shown is that many of the states in the South soon removed the face mask wear requirement in their states soon after the rollout of the vaccines against the CDC advising them not to do such because the Delta Variant was starting to sink its roots in America.
    • Thus, one may argue those Without Vaccination are doing poorly because they're not vaccinated or they're not wearing face masks or maybe a combo of both reasons.
Personally, I think its both (vaccinations and face mask wear) via the perspective of my relatives in the United States. They're all vaccinated and still wear their face mask in public places regardless of their vaccination status because they know vaccines don't have 100% efficacy.

What tricked the Governors in the southern states to let their guard down ?

They saw their Covid Infection Cases dropping for their unvaccinated population but made a deadly error in ignoring the Covid Death Cases that was slowly rising. Maybe more critical, they didn't realize the Delta Variant was primarily targeting younger adults and children.

In fact, I remember Governor Abbott stating on TV that they were doing well with their vaccinations that he then said they had enough vaccinated people surrounding (as in protecting) those that were not vaccinated. :(

That only works if you've reached Vaccination Herd Immunity and no state has reached such status.

It was a colossal fuck up.

  8. Vaccine news should be that vaccines are not the most effective remedy.

All because of corruption, the plan was always to make most money and keep the lead on effective treatments

interesting example, all stats and population density of both countries

    scam.png

According to doctors in Bangladesh, the combination of ivermectin and doxycycline is an effective treatment against Covid-19, with patients recovering within four days.

    https://theprint.in/health/icmr-to-...to-treat-covid-patients-in-bangladesh/432987/

and compare all these stats with recent flood of threads against it,propaganda makes people stupid, and education system does not teach critical thinking any more, mostly liberal arts bs degrees
