This one looks like another no brainer short to me, there are lots of things that are really poorly handicapped on that site, but i cant figure out a way to make enough money off of it to make it worth my time. I would put this one 30/70 at best, the total opposite of the current odds, Gaddaffi will still be in there in the new year in my opinion.
