Latest Bailout Outrage--Big City Mayors Want Dough

This is the problem with bailouts. Eventually, everyone wants "their" share, even if they're not as deserving as Wall Street fatcats. Seriously, these big city mayors make me want to puke. They are in bed with union bosses, give the unions everything they want, gold-plated contracts with lavish benefits and retirements, then they expect taxpayers in nebraska to pay for it.

never underestimate the power of self delusion.

 

It's just begining. While Bush and both the democrats and republicans in congress have been shoveling out bailout money as fast as possible, the new administration will bring heavy earth moving equipment to the process.

And the voters have shown they do not care. Heck, most of them are in line and cheering.

I've never seen a time when TANSTAAFL has been so widely unknown.

 

I have a feeling our currency isn't gonna be worth much after all these bailouts.
