I use scottrade and i just started to use their streaming quote platform (not the elite one though). My question is one of the features is it shows you the last ticks, and it scrolls from right to left and looks something like this --+-= etc etc. So with that said imagine a stock or etf or whatever you want is going down in price but it appears to have little momentum. If you notice this and then you see the last ticks start to change to something like ++++ can that be deemed as a confirmation in a change of trend for the time frame that you are trading in?
