I have read through numerous threads and am still confused. I elected "trader status" last year as I trade full time through a prop firm. They issued me a 1099 misc. How do I treat this? Is it treated differently since I chose MTM trader status? The big question I have is do I pay self employment tax? Thanks in advance.
