I received a demo account from Genesis to try the Laser software. I installed the Laser software to my computer with no error. But when I tried to enter to the program with my valid username and password, after the success logging process I received an erorr message: "Executor connection lost!". And no data stream. Genesis have no idea what this problem would be yet. Any idea who knowing this software? Thanks!
